Jerome M. Basile ~ Vice President Technical Operations
Jerome Basile is an aviation asset management and technical operations leader with more than 23 years of industry experience, including over six years supporting aircraft leasing and investment platforms. He specializes in protecting asset value through disciplined technical oversight, lease compliance management, and transaction execution.
Prior to joining Bridgeway Aero Tech, Mr. Basile served as Director of Technical Operations and Asset Management at Vx Capital Partners, where he managed technical representatives across a global portfolio, led technical execution for pre-purchase inspections, transitions, and conversions, and acted as technical project manager for a 36-aircraft portfolio sale. He has extensive experience coordinating annual inspections, managing aircraft restorations, and supporting complex delivery and redelivery events.
Mr. Basile began his career in airline maintenance and engineering leadership roles, including Director of Maintenance at Western Global Airlines and fleet management positions supporting widebody cargo operations. He is an FAA-licensed Airframe and Powerplant mechanic and is known for his practical judgment, clear communication with lessees and MROs, and execution-focused approach to asset risk management.
